Ordering

1. How do I place an order? Ordering from our bakery is easy! Simply visit our website and browse through our selection of freshly baked goods. Add your favorite items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We'll take care of the rest!

2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer secure payment through PayPal for your convenience.

3. Can I customize my order? Absolutely! We understand that everyone has different tastes and dietary preferences. Please reach out to us directly to discuss any special requests or customizations, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping

1. Do you offer shipping? Yes, we offer nationwide shipping within the United States. Enjoy our delicious treats no matter where you are!

2. Why is shipping so expensive?  Since we are shipping perishable items we need to get your orders to you quickly and that results in higher than usual costs for shipping.  We keep our prices low and offer discounts to make the shipping costs more affordable like $5 off and 10% off your order.

3. Why is my package taking so long? Your estimated delivery date includes 2 full business days of making and freshly preparing your order before handing it off the shipping carrier.  Shipping time can be anywhere between 2-5 business days depending on your location and the shipping option you choose.  Weekends and holidays are not counted in estimating your delivery date. 

*Orders placed on Thursday with overnight or 2nd day shipping will be sent out on Friday.  All others will be sent out on Monday to avoid weekend delays.

4. Which shipping should I choose if I'm ordering frozen items? We want you to get the freshest products.  Please choose 2-3 day shipping depending on your location.

5. How are your products packaged for shipping? We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive fresh and delicious. Each item is individually wrapped and placed in a secure box with protective padding to prevent any damage during transit.

6. What is your shipping policy? We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

7. Do you offer international shipping? At the moment, we only offer shipping within US. However, we're constantly exploring new opportunities to expand our reach, so stay tuned for updates!

8. Does Tropical Isle have a preferred shipping service? We prefer UPS.  We no longer use USPS as it can be inconsistent with longer than expected delivery times.

Products

1. How long do your baked goods stay fresh? Our baked goods are made with the freshest ingredients and are best enjoyed within a few days of arrival. We recommend storing them in an airtight container at room temperature to maintain their freshness.

2. Are your products allergy-friendly? While we do take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, please be aware that our products are prepared in a facility that also handles nuts, dairy, and other allergens. If you have specific allergy concerns, please contact us prior to placing your order.
