All purchases on Tropicalislerotishop.com are final sale. If a food item arrives damaged, our Customer Support team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution.
There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped or have entered into fulfillment.
Damaged or Missing Product
We understand that sometimes items get damaged and are unable to enjoy or are missing. We will work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Because of the fragile nature of our products, some breakage may occur during transport but will not affect the taste and quality of our treats! By agreeing to purchase our products, you also confirm that this may happen during transport.
Please contact our Customer Support team, within 24 hours of delivery, at info@tropicalislerotishop.com with your order number as well as details and photos of the damage or defect.
Missing or damaged items will be reimbursed in the form of credit to your account in the amount of the items missing or damaged.
Please share the following pictures with time stamp within 24 hours of delivery:
- A photo of the area of concern
- Two full shots of the product (from the side and overhead)
- In cases of missing products, photos of the items you did receive
- A shot of the packaging/box
