Shipping policy
Attention:
Large orders may be subject to additional shipping costs, depending on the need to utilize larger boxes or multiple boxes. These charges can range from an additional $21-30. They will no exceed $30 per additional box.
We only ship our freshest products. To ensure this, all shipping times include 2 business days of processing in our bakery before handing off to our carrier services.
Your estimated delivery date includes 2 full business days of making and freshly preparing your order before handing it off the shipping carrier. Shipping time can be anywhere between 1-2 business days depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. Weekends and holidays are not counted in estimating your delivery date. We also do not ship orders on Fridays or weekends because those shipping days usually lead to delayed deliveries. Times are in EST. *These estimates are subject to change due to product availability, weather, and high demand time periods and holidays.
*Shipping for specific holidays (ie Phagwah/Holi, Eid, Diwali, etc) will be scheduled to be shipped in order to be delivered on the business day prior to the holiday.

Carrier Delay
Tropical Isle Roti Shop and Bakery take enormous pride in every product we offer and strive to deliver them in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date. While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping fresh and frozen food around the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of FedEx or UPS. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.
Tropical Isle Roti Shop is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
Delays may also occur due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer. Tropical Isle Roti Shop and Bakery is not responsible for packages that are delayed in transit due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
ACCESS POINT DELIVERY: Please note that selecting access point delivery options with FEDEX or UPS may delay the delivery of your order. Tropical Isle will not be responsible for these delays as they are out of our control.
Delivery Times
Tropical Isle Roti Shop and Bakery is unable to guarantee the time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8 am-10 pm. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early and scheduling it to arrive 2+ days before your event. A majority of our products can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to preserve freshness.
In anticipation of high package volumes (especially during holidays) or other uncontrollable events, we may have your order shipped early to ensure that it arrives in good condition. Tropical Isle Roti Shop and Bakery reserves the right to schedule the arrival of your order earlier or later than estimated to prevent delays, based on operational conditions.

Saturday Deliveries
Tropical Isle Roti Shop and Bakery offers Saturday deliveries for the convenience of our customers, however, weekend delivery can be limited or unavailable in rural areas. Due to this, we are unable to accommodate all Saturday deliveries; your delivery date may be subject to change if your address is in a limited service area.
There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped or have entered into fulfillment.
