How to Reheat:

Stovetop
Use a skillet or wok over medium-low heat to reheat fried rice. Stirring as it heats helps break up clumps, redistribute oils and spices, and evaporate excess moisture. This method is good for reheating a lot of rice and for adding other ingredients like meat, egg, or vegetables.
Microwave
This is the fastest way to reheat rice, but it can make it gummy and damp. To reheat rice in the microwave, put it in a microwave-safe bowl with 1–2 tablespoons of water and microwave in 30-second intervals until hot. This method is best for smaller servings.
Oven
This method is good for reheating rice for more than one person. Preheat the oven to 300°F, spread the rice out in an even layer in a shallow oven-safe dish, and gently break up any clumps. You can also reheat rice in the oven at 365–380°F on a rimmed sheet pan, turning at least once.
Steaming
Steaming rice on the stovetop can give it a fresh, fluffy taste.
